I'm so happy you wrote about this! It's so interesting because in high school/college I worked in four restaurants and saw every night, tons of food go to waste. When I asked my manager about using left overs, he replied with the same jargin of food safety, etc. That's interesting. I'm suprised more people aren't aware of that finding. Thanks, Alli :)

Thanks, Jessica. Sometimes I think it is just easier to say it can't be done than to deal with the logistics of doing it.
